About

Attorney Daryl Waters

I have had many opportunities in life. I bring that experience to my work as an attorney to offer you balanced legal advice. I have worked on a gamut of different case types ranging from wrongful death, first degree and open murder cases, felonies, misdemeanors, to traffic and ordinance violations. From probate and estate planning, to real estate and business litigation. I have taken training from Peacemaker Ministries, a faith-based organization that offers mediation and alternative dispute resolution training and services. I believe that many disputes can and should be resolved outside of court, but if both parties are not able to come to an agreement, the United States and State Constitutions provide for a path to resolution. I can help you navigate those systems and provide zealous representation of your interests.

I am a licensed EMS Instructor/Coordinator and have been an EMT for 20 years. I have a significant engineering and Information Technology management background, working with millions of dollars of infrastructure and working with quality teams. I have worked as a consultant in the small business space and have extensive work experience in the education and healthcare markets. I was a HIPAA security officer for a Critical Access Hospital and have worked on several mergers and due diligence processes for healthcare. I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some great people. I bring that knowledge and efficiency into my practice of law to save costs and offer enhanced services to clients.

I received a law degree from Oak Brook College of Law in California. I am licensed in California, Michigan, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. I attended Wave Technologies in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My certifications include advanced Cisco credentials, multiple Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and other Microsoft designations, and several other leading IT vendor certifications.

I look forward to talking with you about your case and seeing how I may be able to be of service to you.
